All of our in stock products take about 7 business days to ship, exact shipping times depend on the item itself and can be found in each item description separately.

We ship internationally, and all orders get shipped with tracking. We ship with Deutsche Post. Track your package on www.deutschepost.de or your local post website (for example Royal Mail for UK or USPS for USA)

All our products are handmade and often personalised, unfortunately we can not accept returns on our personalized (made to order / pre-order) goods, we specifically mark personalised, pre-order or made to order items in our shop so please think about this before you purchase them.

If your package is lost in the mail, damaged or we sent the wrong item we of course accept a return in any case.

If you want to return the item please send us a message, we will then send you the return address and further instructions, please send back the package to us in the original packaging and with tracking.

We can only accept returns of new items in unworn and unopened state. They must arrive at our office the way it arrived at your place.

Shipping costs are to be paid by the customer, insured and tracked shipping is recommended as we're unable to make refunds on returned items until the items in question have arrived at our office.

Our shipped packages are insured. If the package and/or the content is damaged upon arrival, please report it to the courier upon delivery and us.

If you are a merchant and use an application that we provide to process credit card payments, then we will gather information regarding your hardware version, network connection, errors and general statistics. In some circumstances, we may also acquire information regarding your location.
If you make a purchase through a Store, then we may gather your name, address, country, email address and other information related to such purchase. Payment information, such as your credit card number, may be collected and processed by us and a third party.
General information regarding the Services you request or have registered to receive.

In these types of transactions, user information, including your Personal Information, is typically one of the business assets that are transferred. All Stores accessed through the Site are independently owned & operated by third parties. Big Cartel does not own or operate any Stores. Emails from Big Cartel or its business partners, and the Site itself, may contain links to other Internet websites, including sites that may or may not be owned or operated by Big Cartel. The Site, Services and Stores may also link to or incorporate third party websites or services to fulfill orders, process payments and provide other services. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, we are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites, including such sites’ use of any information collected when email recipients or visitors click through links to those sites or use services provide by them through the Site, Services or any Store. If you visit such websites or use services provided by them through the Site, Services or any Store, we encourage you to become familiar with the privacy practices and any terms of use of such sites.

Accessing, Reviewing and Changing Your Personal Information

If you are registered as a merchant to receive Big Cartel Services, you can access, review and modify your personal information at any time by logging into your account on the Site. Please note, however, that we may maintain a copy of the unmodified information in our records.

If You post messages using the Site’s community discussion boards or other message areas that may be made available on the Site, it will not be possible to later edit or delete those messages.

You may contact us at support@bigcartel.com to review any Personal Information we store about you that is not available on the Site, including information stored that is related to purchases made through a Store. There may be a charge associated with such requests.

We may delete Personal Information when we no longer need it for the purposes we described earlier. However, any information that you have made public may continue to be displayed unless you remove it.
